Golf Course
Wedding Venue.
Sunset on the 18th green.
A working championship 18-hole course as your wedding photo location, with the ceremony lawn beside the green and full golf-cart access during golden hour. Central Coast wedding venue, 20 minutes from Gosford.
Why couples choose us
The course is the venue.
Every wedding venue has photo locations. A handful have a real golf course. The Springs is a working championship par-72 designed by Al Howard and Graham Papworth — manicured fairways, native bushland, water features, and a clubhouse that sits at the top of the 18th hole.
For couples planning their wedding around the photography, that's the whole pitch. Sunset on the 18th, the bridge by the dam, the cart paths through the bushland — these are the kinds of locations a wedding venue buys with thirty years of golf-course architecture, not with a decorator's eye.
On the course
Four photo locations.
The shortlist your photographer will work through during golden hour.

Wide-open fairway, southern light. Good for the first-look or full bridal party shots.
Location 02

Sunset shot — the clubhouse and pepper tree both visible behind. The signature image of any wedding here.
Location 03
Bridge by the dam
Quiet, framed, water reflection. Most-requested by photographers for couple portraits.
Location 04
Cart paths through the bushland
Natural archway of gum trees. Best in the hour before sunset.

Common questions
Golf course wedding FAQ.
Can our guests play golf during the wedding?
+
Most couples don't bother — but yes, we can arrange a casual round on the morning of, or open the course for guests staying through the next day. Talk to our event manager about timing.
Is access to the golf course included in the wedding package?
+
Yes. Every wedding includes full photography access to the course, including a golf cart for the wedding party during the photo session. There's no separate fee.
Where are the best photo spots on the course?
+
The 18th green at sunset is the iconic shot. The bridge by the dam, the 1st tee box, and the cart paths through native bushland are the most-used by our regular wedding photographers — your photographer will know to head to all four.
Can the ceremony be on the golf course itself?
+
Our standard ceremony location is the lawn beside the 18th green — under the pepper tree, with the course as a backdrop. For something more unusual, we can occasionally do a tee-box ceremony — ask the event manager.
How does golf-course access work for photography?
+
After your ceremony, our coordinator drives you and your photographer around the course in a golf cart for around 30–45 minutes during golden hour. You don't have to navigate; we know exactly where to go.
